合作方式

一、独资投入，合作播出。指该题材由贵方单独投资创作完成，在贵台与我栏目分别播出，我方以稿酬的形式购买播出权。
　　
二、合资投入，版权共享。指该题材根据实际情况由贵方与我方共同投资完成，版权共享，投资与版权双方各占50%。
　　
三、全额投资，共同创作。指该题材由我方全额投资，或邀请贵方担任编导负责制作，或我方派出制作人员参与协助创作，版权归我方所有。
   
    以上三种为基本合作方式，根据具体节目的实际情况，我们可以就任何合作方式进行探讨。

Cooperation
   We are willing to cooperate with the people who are interested in documentary creation. There are several cooperation methods to choose, and we can agree to the most appropriate one. Our ultimate goal is: looking for valuable subjects and creating outstanding works.
1.Sole investment, Co-broadcasting. That is to say that the creation cost is afforded by your side alone and we buy the broadcasting right.
2.Co-investment, Shared copyright. It means we both invest in the program according to the concrete circumstances, and we own the copyright together.
3.Full-investment, Co-producing. That is to say we pay for the creation and invite your directors to take charge of it, or we send our staff to help you to finish the work. We own the total copyright of the program.
 
   These are three basic cooperating modes, and we can talk about any possible ways according to the specific conditions.
